Cordoba Visual Studio, install the application on a Windows tablet

I developed a cordova application with visual studio, deployed it for windows.

I copied the appx file on my windows tablet using usb-stick. Now I tried to run the file. -> The same reaction as on a regular PC. Unable to start extension. (Dialog with "How to open this file type")

What is the right way without an app store.
