Distribute iOS Binary Frames

Question

Is there any dependency management tool that would allow a third-party frame provider to distribute it binary without physical support for the framework?

I am looking for something similar to CocoaPods or Carthage, but something that doesn’t download / create the source code directly, but rather loads and binds the binary .framework.
