How to switch between multiple rtsp video streams without stopping the pipeline [brushless streaming]

I use 5 ip cameras, and each of them gives me 5 RTSP streams. I select any of these RTSP video streams and I mix them with microphones (RTSP audio source) and transfer it to my RTMP server.

I am trying to make a hassle-free streaming value, so there should be no delays when switching the camera to camera. The server should see a continuous stream from my streaming client PC while switching the camera to the camera.

I see that the pipeline accidentally crashes and gives me a lot of error messages. Any idea how to solve it?
