DownloadManager slowly loading on Android 6

I would like to know why loading my application is incredibly slow when running on Android 6. In Android 4 KitKat, it works great.

I use the plugin to download cordova music , and all it does is use it DownloadManagerto create a new one DownloadManager.Requestand start the download.

Is there a known change in Android 6 that could cause slow loading? Or any suggestions on where else should I look?
