Replacing an already accepted build with an application from a new one on iTunesConnect

Question

I have an application, the first version of ie 1.0, which is already uploaded to iTunesConnect and has been accepted by Apple and is now waiting for the developer release.

I want to replace this with a new assembly.

I tried to download the new version 1.1 on iTunesConnect, showing me the ability to submit for review, and it was more than 12 hours.

Should I reject the 1.0 binary and replace it with a new one? should I wait?

If, Incase, I reject the 1.0-bin file and try to download a new assembly with the same version, how long will it take Apple to view it?
