C ++ dynamic allocated memory after crash or forced exit?

I would like to know if the program will crash or force the user to return dynamically allocated memory to the computer. Or the memory will leak before rebooting the system.

Most modern operating systems automatically restore all process memory after the process is complete. This usually works when the OS forces out all the virtual pages associated with the process from its page table. Therefore, if you do not have the old OS or if a strange OS error does not hit, the memory must be fixed.
