Private Docker Registry - Method Not Allowed 405

I am trying to create a private registry for dockers, and I rely on the instructions provided on the docker site. I have a separate Linux module in which this registry is installed, then I try to push my images from the local one (osx box with docker toolbar). I keep getting 405 from the registry server. I'm brand new to dockers. I was hoping that the basic default configuration would work without much trouble.

Configuration

The latest docker toolbar. Last registry installation. I just change the TLS configuration to send the request via http.

Error

The push refers to a repository [192.168.1.98:5000/complete] (len: 1)
