ITunes Connect Add an iOS Build for Testing - Build Gray?

This assembly completed the processing, BUT it is now stuck as a gray assembly. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Is this a new issue in iTunes Connect?

Update from us, due

(i) adding a new assembly ("451") that is meaninglessly identical except for the assembly number

(ii) waiting 2.5 hours

did the trick. Interestingly, it was just missing or messed up around 450, so maybe there was some kind of problem.
