Android: create a layout that crashes when scrolling

I need a layout (view1) that is written off in the scroll list, so that listview has a screen height?

Use the expand toolbar layout for your requirement.

You can do this using the Android Material Design and make the AppBar collapse on the scroll. Also add this attribute to your View list.
