Swig not found when installing pocketsphinx Python

I would like to convert a grapheme into a phoneme. And I want to install pocketsphinx for this. One of its dependencies is swig, so I downloaded and placed it in a directory and went to the environment path variable and added the path that leads to swig.exe. When I cmd and type 'swig --help' it seems to work.

But when I go to 'pip install pocketsphinx, it says' error: command 'swig.exe failed: there is no such file or directory'.

You should configure swig in Visual Studio instead of including its path in% PATH%.
