Shapefiles under 1000 functions, but ArcGIS Online does not accept it?

Question

I have several encrypted shapefiles with 100-150 functions. I am trying to add them to ArcGIS Online (which takes up to 1000 functions in a form file), but it cannot do this, indicating to me that the compressed shapefile is too large.

I'm not sure why, since functions are under 1000

You may have a problem with the file size and / or other data in your account, and not with the record limit.

How much storage space do I get?
