MNIST For Beginners ML - Why is the "One Hot" Length of Vector 11?

If you carefully calculate the numbers displayed in the textbook, also shown below, you will see that it has a length of 11. Indexes from 0 to 9 denote each digit, for a total of 10. However, what does the 11th position shown below matter?

In addition, the code is determined by a length of 10, [60000.10].

This is just a typo, do not worry about it (in fact, this is not the only typo). If you check the data form mnist.train.labels.shape, you will receive (55000, 10)that does not match the request (60000, 10).

Also this data form shows you that the length of one hot vector is 10.
