Ionic: fixed heading in the ion navigation bar

I am trying to get a fixed title in ion-nav-bar (text or image). For the application that I am creating, I just need a reverse icon and a logo / company name on the navigation bar that does not disappear from the view for viewing.

Can someone help me / give me a hint to achieve this.

Please use this body in your index.html. Place the contents of the title bar. Do not declare ion-nav-bar in any of your templates so that they inherit the title from index.html.
