Emulator does not start - check for scrolling version of UpdateChecker

Question

I searched everywhere, but so far nothing works. I increased the available RAM to 1.5 GB, still nothing. I don’t know where I am mistaken.

I tried to install Genymotion, but everything that was done didn’t work either (VirtualBox had errors, where after starting the emulator it got xxx Killed by Signal 9)

I run this in Android Studio and keep getting this error:

He hangs on it, and nothing else happens. I left it for 30 minutes to make sure that this would help, but to no avail.
