Django user user password is not hashed

Question

I have my own custom model and her own Manger.

Everything works when creating a new user without any errors. But when I try to log in, I can’t. Therefore, I checked the user password for confirmation, and the password is displayed as plain text strongpassword, and when I change the administrator form to receive a hashed password, ReadOnlyPasswordHashFieldI get an error message inside the password field, although I used it set_password()for Manger inside the function create_user().
