While Autoscaling, OpsWorks and Elastic Beanstalk offer very similar services, OpsWorks is the one that currently offers the most control over your instances. As the name implies, AWS Autoscaling offers simple replication of your instances to scale up or down to meet your availability requirements. The resilient Beanstalk is very similar to Autoscaling, but it is a replication-oriented web application solution that provides a management console for loading the web application and controlling its scaling.
