How to install https for a bare domain?

I have been using openshift for quite some time. Since letencrypt is in beta, I decided to give it a try. My current setup:
www.digrin.comis the alias of my referral url - digrin-digrincom.rhcloud.com
digrin.comThe tag points to the wwwizer redirect service 174.129.25.170.
I uploaded ssl certificates in openshift. It works great in a domain www.digrin.com. However, since the bare domain digrin.compoints to wwwizer.com, it does not use https. I think this is a problem. I want both domains (naked as well as www version) to use https. Is it possible? I know wwwizer has a premium plan where possible, but if possible, I need a free version.
If you don’t know, I can’t set cname for the open domain, so I had to use the A tag for wwwizer because openshift can change the IP address.
