How to permanently delete deleted files using inaccessible ones?

How can I link a file located on several remote servers in a known place using ansible? This question is based on this comment on this Hacker News post :

In my company, we have one hundred cars and tailings, made with the opportunity. If we want to customize the viewing of the magazine, we can simply edit the book. I think this is very convenient compared to the optional npm package (and not to mention the extra configuration efforts).
