Android Studio cannot open xml layout

Question

suddenly my android studio is corrupted and cannot open the xml layout. When I double-click on the XML layout, it does not appear in the code editor, and also when I drag and drop the XML file from the project path, and Android Studio cannot show it, please help me, thanks!

Go to plugins -> Android supportand disable it. Restart Android studio and re-enable the plugin. Worked for me.
