Scrapy - processing several types of elements - multiple and related Django models and storing them in a database in pipelines

I have the following Django models. I'm not sure the best way to save these interconnected objects when scanning to a spider in a database in Django using scrapy protocols. It looks like the piping for scripting was built to handle only one “view” of an item

models.py
