What is SRIB_DCS registration in the Android logarithm and how to stop it?

When I launch the Android application on Android v5, my logarithm is filled with the following message, which makes it very difficult to debug things. At any time, something on the screen changes the log. So, for example, if I have a progress counter on the screen, I get thousands of log lines.

Does anyone know that logs this and how can I disable it or its registration?

I changed my local dev construct to use maven instead of letting IDEA do this, and that went away.
