Java.lang.NullPointerException: attempt to call a virtual method to reference a null object to select sqlite

I am new to the Android world. I have an encoding problem. It was just a small purchase error, I do not know that it does not work, even I change the method of others, but the error still remains the same error. Here the error occurs with logcat:

I just want to select the data in the database to get the identifier, but I can not say the error above.
