BlipExtension Schema URI Value: "28A0092B-C50C-407e-A947-70E740481C1C"

Question

The class DocumentFormat.OpenXml.Drawing.BlipExtensionhas a property Uri. In numerous examples, I have seen meaning 28A0092B-C50C-407e-A947-70E740481C1C; but I never found that this value / whether it is important, or if it is arbitrary and only widespread due to the fact that people copied from an existing code sample.

Does anyone know what is the significance of this GUID value?

Background

I am fixing a bug in an outdated application and at the same time refactoring to remove some of the code spaghettification.

At the same time, I noticed several hard-coded values; Any image inserted in a document is given a name Koala.jpg. The system has nothing to do with the Koal; meaning that the person simply copied some code and did not think about the context / meaning of these values. Another fixedly predetermined value Uri is for BlipExtension: 28A0092B-C50C-407e-A947-70E740481C1C. I would like to determine if this GUID has any specific meaning, or whether it is simply unique. Googling shows this value, which is used in most code examples, but so far I have not found an explanation of what it is. Examples are below.
