OBIEE 11g Users are not visible in Identity Manager in the Administration Tool that are created in Weblogic

Question

OBIEE 11g Users are not displayed in Identity Manager in the Administration Tool that are created in Weblogic.

Log in to the Oracle WebLogic server administration console. In the security area, create a user and assign the BIAuthors, BIAdministrator, and BIConsumers groups to it.

Open the BI administration application. Open the offline repository. Open Manage → Authentication. All users that are created should be displayed there, but only the weblogic user is displayed there.

Any thoughts?
