Xcode static cells UITableView empty in storyboard

I created a fairly large form for my iPad application. Until recently, I had no problems. However, for a good reason (at least to no one I could think of), most of the table is empty. Elements still exist, they can be seen in the panel Document Outline.

When I launch the application in the simulator and on my iPad, everything appears. However, I need to change the contents of the table (adding and editing cells), but I cannot now.
