Purchasing Inapp for Supplies Recovery

I downloaded an application that does not have web services. In my application, I have the opportunity to buy coins (supplies) using inapp purchases and using these coins to unlock a new level. Today, an apple rejected the application and sent me the following note:

finally, I fixed it by adding the login screen to the application and saving the user object on parse.com, and when I use inapp purchase, I store coins, count on Parse and retrieve them when the application starts. thank you all.
