How can I programmatically cancel an appointment with Outlook asp.net VB?

I can programmatically create a meeting request, which is sent to the user through the code and appears in the Outlook mail, where the user can accept the request, and if it is accepted, then the appointment is displayed in the Outlook calendar. but it’s hard for me to understand how to programmatically undo the same event.

Below is the code that I use to send a meeting invitation. It works as it should, and sends the request to the recipient, and they can accept or decline. If accepted, the appointment is on their calendar.
