VS2015 RC Delay Notification

Question

For some time I had a problem with the release of Community Visual Studio 2015. When I try to debug a Windows Form application, it flows, and when I click on the visual studio window, I see a message

"Delay Notice"

and I have to choose either

"Switch to"

or

Continue Waiting

. And he never returns to work. I need to restart my computer again to work again, and again. I use windows 10. Do you have any clues why this is happening?
