RadioButton with Custom View Android

I am trying to implement a radio book with custom views as shown below.

RadioGroup with custom view

The amount of switch will be dynamic. I tried to create Radiogroupand added RadioButtonin Radiogroupusing addViewprogrammatically. But it’s not possible setTextas in the attached screenshot. Therefore, I plan to add LinearLayout, and when OnClick LinearLayoutI turn on RadioButton, attached to LinearLayout, and disconnect the rest. Is this correct, or is there any other way to implement it.

I also searched a lot. But I can not find anything like it. So please suggest me the right way.
