How to disable documentation on hover in PyCharm

Every time I hover over something with the mouse, it opens this nasty page of documentation, which I have to use X every time to close it. I searched for related topics, such as this and several others that do not affect my problem. Disabling the documentation auto-tuning feature from pycharm does not solve the mouse hover problem.

I had the same problem. For me, disabling the label in the file / Settings / Editor / General / Show a brief documentation on moving the mouse worked well. (My version of Pycharm is the community 2016.2.2). There is also other General / CodeCompletion / Autopopup documentation. I disabled both.
