Over the air update with React Native

Question

Assume a scenario when I published my application (which was built using React Native) in the Appstore / Playstore. Can I transfer new changes to the application without executing a new version (by this I mean releasing a new version).

Also, if you guys have come across any article related to the React Native app publishing process, share me.
