When starting Sitecore Setup, the following message appears:

Failed to open the XML file, system error: -2147024786

I tried to get through eventviewer, but to no avail.

It doesn't matter that I used the installer, but forgot to change my rootdirectory. As a result, I had to uninstall (using the same Sitecore installer). Now, however, it “feels” as if there are any links or leftovers left somewhere. Who has a clue or can give me an idea of ​​what is going on?
