Android custom view does not redraw, although onDraw is called

I have a custom view called ArrowView.

When this view is part of the layout, which is part ArrayAdapter, everything is in order. (It redraws as basic data changes.)

When I use the same layout as part of another Adapter, it ArrowViewdoes not redraw.

I debugged it and found that it was being onDrawcalled with different values for rot, when I expect it to be - it's just that the screen is not updating.

Do I need to change my ArrowViewso that it displays correctly?
