Pie chart not displaying all values ​​in SSRS 2014

I created a pie chart in SSRS as shown below. I turned on the shortcuts by right-clicking on the pie chart and clicking on the shortcuts. When I look at the chart, I do not see all the shortcuts. The only visible label is the largest portion of the cake. I tried to increase the size of the chart, but no effect. Any idea?enter image description here
