IOS 9.0, Xamarin Studio, "Waiting for debugging to connect ..."

Question

I used the platform Xamarin.iOSwith an iPad with iOS 8.3 simulator until I updated Xcode 7 with iOS 9.0. When I select a simulator and run it, it continues to show

waiting for debugging to connect ...

nothing comes out at the end. Any solution?

By the way, why can't I see the options for the ios 8 simulator in Xamarin after I updated Xcode?
