How to implement persistent bottom sheets from material design documentation

Can anyone or can provide more information about this? Just searched half of the Internet, but couldn't find anything else, not even a demo application from Google.

I should have done it today, creating something like Google Maps and found a way:

  • import this library

  • To allow touching the outside of the bottom sheet without releasing it, call:

    bottomSheetLayout.setInterceptContentTouch(false);

  • to remove the dimming effect, call:

     bottomSheetLayout.setShouldDimContentView(false);
