When moving a page down when pressing the Navbar-Toggle button

I create a website so that I can practice my Internet skills, but I have a problem. The problem is that the webpage is on the mobile phone, for example, the Navbar crashes, so it is suitable for the device, but when they click the Navbar-Toggle button, the links get to the top of the header that I have, and I don’t want to make it happen. I want this to happen, when they click on it, it moves all the elements down if you understand what I mean.

If you don’t go to this site → www.thestartupguys.co.uk <- and shorten the page until it becomes when you should switch the navigation bar, and then switch it, and you will see the title move down.
