What is the best Material Design UI structure

Question

I started building a web-based HR application and was thinking about applying Material Design concepts to an interface. When I searched, I found that there are many frameworks for it, such as

I want to choose one of these materials for my project. There are several problems associated with these structures.

• What is the stability and future sustainability of the infrastructure.
• How to easily customize the structure to meet our new requirements and components.
