What is the best Material Design UI structure

I started building a web-based HR application and was thinking about applying Material Design concepts to an interface. When I searched, I found that there are many frameworks for it, such as

  • Angular Material
  • materialize
  • Polymer

I want to choose one of these materials for my project. There are several problems associated with these structures.

  • What is the stability and future sustainability of the infrastructure.
  • How to easily customize the structure to meet our new requirements and components.
  • Others use the framework
  • Most features

After considering the above considerations, can someone advise me what to use as a frame Material Design?
