TabLayout ViewPager does not load when using Backstack

Question

I use TabLayout in one of my fragments when the viewPager switches between the two fragments under the tabs.

When I press FAB inside one of the bottom fragments, I load a new fragment (for input).

However - when I press the BACK button, the TabLayout tab appears, but WITHOUT any of the bottom fragments (represented by pages).

So what am I doing wrong?

• and is there a better way to share fragments ?
• and is there a way to click the back button and return to the page view page that was showing?
