Jquery carousel for a bootstrap site spanning my scroll page

I have a carousel uploaded to one of my sites. Each time I go to the next window, it closes the navigation bar. In addition, if you scroll down to your price list and wait a bit, then when the carousel scrolls, it closes the page with an empty div. Can anyone understand why? It makes me think, I'm sure I didn’t, when I first put it on.

I got a carousel here http://bootsnipp.com/snippets/featured/news-carousel

bootsnip is amazing for anyone who uses bootstrap. My web link is http://www.parrotplanner.co.uk/

Ive tried searching Google tools but could not find anything. Thank you very much

Is there an interaction between the large carousel at the top and the second carousel, which is halfway down the page? When I removed the #carousel-reviewsdiv further on the page, it strangely stopped the dark panel covering <nav>.

I have the same thing on my dynamichealthit.com website. I think this is a Google Chrome problem, so maybe we need to wait for their support. You can also eliminate the carousel.
