Extra space at the bottom of the page caused by the "cye-workaround-body" and "cye-workaround-body-image" div in Chrome

For some reason, there are two divwith the identifier "cye-workaround-body" and "cye-workaround-body-image" that are added below </body>some websites and create a large space below the footer. As far as I can tell about this, this only happens in Google Chrome.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Is it safe to delete these div?

How can I prevent this?

Here is an example  as well as another example
