Aspectj-maven-plugin, declare soft how to compile

Is it possible to compile a project with mitigated exceptions (e.g. declare soft: Exception : execution(* *.*());) using only aspectj-maven-plugin? I can't handle it ... I still get a compilation error

unreported exception Exception; must be caught or declared to be thrown

Therefore, it compiles without regard to aspects in the account.

I use this command to compile:

mvn clean aspectj:compile

and my pom.xml:
