Prevent AjustPan from hiding the action bar / toolbar

Question

I am working on a messaging application. In talk mode, I need to put a banner at the bottom of the screen under EditText, as shown in the figure.

But I want the Banner ad to be seen under the keyboard on the on-screen keyboard. For this problem I used AdjustPan. And it works! It hides banner ads when the keyboard is visible. But ActionBar/Toolbarhiding.

I have already tried using AjustResize. This will prevent hiding ActionBar/Toolbarwhen displaying the on-screen bar. But it will also cause the ad to appear above the soft keyboard. This is what I do not like.

I am showing an application that uses the banner ad in EditText, but when the on-screen keyboard is displayed, the banner ad disappears.
