This program is the final destination for my class, and I am having trouble figuring out why I get the error: "Local variables referenced by the inner class must be final or effectively final." The program performs parallel threads to sort the array from #, and then to search for high and low values โโof this array. When I created it without concurrency, I did not have this error. I am struggling for where to complete the high and low variable.
