Is Polymer v1.0 compatible with call assembly?

Is Polymer v1.0 compatible with phonegap design? I tried to create a polymer starter kit, but the assembly was not successful.

@Ahemed, Polymer is new and experimental. It works with only a few browsers. Telephone communications currently do NOT support polymer. Your questions are best directed to the only (at the moment) dating group in Silicon Valley on this issue.
