Is there a working Polymer StarterKit 1.0 and Phone Gap / Cordova android build?

Question

I'm having problems building my Polymer 1.0 application through PhoneGap. When I use phonegap to build android apk and install it on my phone, it shows the index.html file from bower_components. Whatever element has the first index.html, this is what I see on my phone when the application is running.

I managed to create android apk with .5 polymer, but not 1.0.

Is there a successful build version of Polymer 1.0 StarterKit android apk?

Does anyone have a problem with this?
