Billing Level Out of Range

When observing the fields totalBytesBilled and billingTier, to find out which of our requests will be billed at a higher level, among the expected 1,2 and 3 as values ​​for Tier billing - I noticed a value of 4 for some requests.

There are only 3 mentioned in the pricing document for the request: https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/pricing#on_demand
