Failed to install iPhone app from diawi after updating iOS 9?

I upgraded my iPhone OS to iOS 9.0. After that, I can not install the application through the IPA file from diawi. I can install it from iTunes.

Is there any solution or alternative other than iTunes?

PS The iPhone setup utility also crashes on my Mac.

iOS 9 has become more restrictive with manifest information: tag, value, or something else.

I ran into another problem. But I think that maybe you will get some useful information.

I find the problem is that I mistake the bundle-identifier value.
