ASP.Net and x86 vs x64

Question

Are there any recommendations for choosing between x86 and x64 for ASP.Net MVC web applications? I can find a few things for exe but nothing for web applications.

Yes, I can just go with AnyCPU, but if there is a reason to specifically target what I would like to know.

x64 only makes sense if your web application consumes a lot of memory, otherwise it's best to stick with x86. The only thing that is typical for ASP.NET is the production area - all this relates to deployment plans and hosting / resources. There is a good Scott Hanselman blog post about this.
