IOS9: iPhone 5 optimization for loss

EDIT To clarify a question

I have a great application that is already several years old. It is perfect for all iPhone sizes (4 to 6 plus). It supports both iOS 7 and iOS8 and is optimized for iPhone 5.

My problem is with iOS9. The app no longer uses the built-in zoom provided by iOS for the app on 6 or 6P screens.

Not only this, but also visualized as if it were on a 3.5-inch screen. It does not recognize the static image Default-568h@2x.png. Calls his inbox on the iPhone 5.

Is this a bug in iOS9 that does not recognize the image of a static splash screen?

Thank you very much!

This was caused by the local Default-568h@2x.png file (which is required by iTunes Connect).

When I removed the localization from the file, it started working fine in iOS9.

This does not help anyone whose application is currently in storage with a localized default saver file of 568h @ 2x.

As far as I can judge about this, you need to have a .xib file "Splash Screen" defined in the settings of your project (then you lose autoscaling for iPhone 6 and 6+, which is ideal for our application).
